"Let me dust off my nose." As a woman, chances are that you have repeated that phrase at least once. Natural skin oil can find its way to the surface and create a "bright" appearance. "For many, a thin layer of dust may be the case. For others, intensive care plans of the skin are necessary to keep the oil at least.
Causes of Oily Skin
The skin is a natural producer of oil, or sebum. The sebum is beneficial because it protects excess skin from drying, regulates the water content and pH balance the skin. However, some people, both men and women can find an overproduction of sebum, which gives the skin a seemingly unwanted stain.
The amount of oil on the skin of a person contains is under genetic and hormonal control. It is not, as was believed, caused or aggravated by different foods. Despite what we eat, especially the water can affect the appearance of the skin, there is little evidence linking fat food for oily skin. Some experts in skin care are the promoters of the special "skin fat diets" High consumption of fresh foods and whole, with lower consumption of sugar, fat and preservatives. But since these systems would be beneficial to most everyone regardless of skin type, this assumption is difficult to prove.
Skin Treatments fat
Most experts agree that the gentle cleansing of the skin several times daily is the treatment preferred to oily skin. While many favor a mild soap and water, others suggest that products designed specifically for oily skin. These treatments usually do not focus on reducing sebum production, improve overall skin health, regulation of hormones, or a desirable side effect of the restoration skin to a healthy environment, rather than the absolute goal. Pevonia products are made from plants and other natural compounds that help balance the acidity of the skin and promote the reduction oil production. The products have a pleasant light fragrance and can be used alone or in combination, or as supplements to prescription products. Application is usually once or twice daily. Pevonia is also committed to preserving the ecology of the supply of fully recyclable packaging.
Dermalogica expressed a similar philosophy. Treatment focuses on the general health of the skin, rather than aesthetic. Dermalogica line is designed to be free of common skin irritants, such as mineral oil and alcohol. Moisturise your products without adding shine, and are used daily or three times a week depending on the person.
Murad was founded by a dermatologist or pharmacist and seeks to promote healthy skin through the use of natural plant hormones called phytoestrogens. Plant estrogens cleaning provide hydration without adding additional oil skin. Murad products incorporate natural anti-toxins, such as pomegranate and apply generally twice daily.
Yonka skin products are also derived from botanical sources, and his philosophy encourages the use of beneficial compounds for all the plant instead of just specific parts. Founded by botanists, Yonka uses fragrant essential oils to restore skin health with the added benefit the relaxing bath. Yonka products are usually applied twice daily.
Although genetics and hormones play an important role in determining the content of skin oil, there are several natural and effective products to help other treatments for oily skin. These products offer better skin health and beauty benefits, and can be obtained within two places of retail and a spa.
Nothing else would do to prevent spots and redness in the face?
I really did not have many places only a little red, but tend to see red when I have therefore something to calm it would be nice? My skin looks a bit, I'm not sure rosacea, I guess. Does not seem right, even when I do as it should and makes me feel shy sometimes. It's a long list, but for now I have [and use most of the time]: The Bar Dermalogica cleanser (I have a cream cleanser Clinique too), Dermalogica Multi-Active Toner, Dermalogica Hydrating Cream, Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster (for dry skin), cream and Quinoderm Dermalogica Medicated Clearing Gel. I know it sounds a long list, but it seems to have helped much, I'm not totally happy if I want my skin a little more "light", soft and also some pieces, dark around my eyes I want to cut, something Dermalogica or clinic to help these problems? things besides English please, because I live in the UK! Thanks Lorna
