Subject: Name Scrubs Michelle Question: What Scrubs recommended for normal skin? How often do you use? Dr. Dima Ask a question.
We used "scrub" your skin to achieve a single objective: removing dead skin cells for a healthy radiant glow and smooth skin. For all skin types, I recommend using a combination of physical and chemical peeling methods to achieve the best results. "Normal" skin types tend to be able to tolerate more frequent and more severe types of exfoliation of the skin sensitive. Remember that our skin exfoliates naturally a day and once a month, we are pleased to a new epidermis. When you choose a product on the counter to help this process, consider that nature is not always better. Some "natural" particle cleaning such as sugar, salt, almond flour or stone fruits are not uniform surfaces and often may be too large and abrasive for the face. The choice Rub with a uniform particle, in my opinion the best for the face and neck. A couple of products I recommend are bright Moon Rock Anti-Matter by Dr. Cosminology Dima Polish Sweep Gentle Refining Exfoliant by Laboratoire Remède and Medi-Morphosis Auto Adjusting Exfoliator Cosmedicine product testing by rubbing a little between your thumb and index finger. In terms of frequency, my recommendation for normal skin, according to tolerance, but at least twice a week.
If any existing skin condition requiring dermatological treatment, these natural products are generally good use in the body. Personally, I use a sponge in the shower about 3 times a week. You must determine how much you can tolerate and what feels right for you. It's similar to driving a manual shift car to move gradually, or you mess up the gears. Start slowly and see how it goes. The exfoliation, leaving skin soft, smooth and shiny is better than leading to peel contact their doctor complaining of identifying the bleeding on his face …. This can happen if you decide to use a pot scourer (true story). This may be fine for corns, but not his face. This type of abrasive may lead to a process called pre-eclampsia or post inflammatory pigmentation. You do not want the exchange of dead skin cells of brown spots … The balance is always better than treatment at home.
Without going into too much detail on more clinical / physical characteristics and chemical peel, I'd say I've never been a fan of microdermabrasion. I prefer vibradermabrasion which employs a very effective oscillation technology without harming the combination of suction and the crystals can cause. M and more prudent alternative would be Chemical peels do not buy on the Internet should be used only by a qualified physician or a skin specialist. I've had several patients trying to save by the purchase of the Obagi Blue Peel on the Internet and its use in the home. All of them resulted in chemical burns that require a prescription topical and laser treatments to invest. The conclusion is that helping your skin's natural exfoliation is a good thing, but sometimes too much of a good thing can be bad. If you are not sure how is too much, consult your doctor. Hope this helps!
