Greetings and Happy New Year!

To start the year, I work on the topic of body, mind, spirit in 2008. I do this because life is truly holistic (my spelling only), consists of all we are: body, soul and spirit. The same is true (really!) For a healthy skin.

Without healthy lifestyle (which are controlled by his spirit), spirit or nature in your life (to feed your soul) and patterns of care on healthy skin (body), you really do not enjoy a healthy skin … or not much.

Body (skin)

Exfoliation is simply removing dead skin from the surface of your face, and this can be done in several ways:

1. Using Yonka Paris wonderful bush "(303 or 305). This is my favorite brush, and one I recommend using at least once or twice a week.

2. A facial scrub is a common way to exfoliate. Less effective than weed continues to dispose of one or two layers of dead skin. Use in the shower to avoid disaster too.

3. My least favorite, though popular, are AHA (acid alpha-hydroxy) products. My concern is that can cause redness in the skin.However to remove dead skin cells without having to do much more than apply the product.

MIND (habits)

What you choose to use, exfoliate more often! This will contribute to hydration and the texture of your skin all year!
